Enter your customer number which you find either on your cardboard Museum Card, on the digital gift sent to you by email and text message or in the accompanying letter from the Ticket Service.
If you have bought a Museum Card for yourself through our online store, you don’t have to register anymore. You already entered your information at the moment of your purchase.
Did you buy the Museum Card as a gift?
We recommend that the receivers of the gifts always register as users by themselves. On the basis of the registration information, the actual Museum Card is made and posted to the receivers and an automatic confirmation of the registration is also sent to them by email and text message.

We will deliver your personal permanent Museum card provided with your name by post within 1-3 weeks. Until then you can pop in at a museum by presenting your customer number at the ticket desk. Be prepared also to confirm your identity. You can check the validity period of your Museum Card as well as your other information at the
Own Museum Card page.
